I’m Ricardo Ajcivinac (b. 1986), a Latin American freelance artist, designer and illustrator working across branding, advertising, music, entertainment and culture.

My practice sits between design and illustration, creating visual identities, campaigns, print pieces, album artwork, posters and editorial projects. My background in graphic design and advertising has shaped the way I approach every project: starting with a strong idea and building a visual language around it.

Illustration is an important part of that practice. I specialize in handcrafted pen-and-ink work, with every illustration drawn traditionally on paper before being digitally colored and refined. It allows me to combine the character and imperfections of traditional drawing with the flexibility of contemporary design.

Whether I’m developing a brand, creating artwork for music or entertainment, or working on a campaign, I’m interested in making work that feels distinctive, considered and made with intention.
